TruthPoint Apologetics

Jesus said that the gates of Hell will not prevail against His church. As the culture crumbles all around us, God has commanded His people to be the light and salt on the Earth. The motto of our beautiful state is “Life Elevated”. All too often though, we forget that God wants eternal life elevated. God has a passion for people and desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance. He desires that people are not only saved but discipled and that His people are equipped for ministry. TruthPoint was established to help equip the church with apologetics and engage our culture with biblical truth, love and logic.God has deeply burdened our hearts for the lost people of this world and for local churches in America to grow in their understanding of truth, of God and of biblical faith so that they can love and obey Him to a greater degree. Our desire is that the church be equipped to preach the biblical Gospel and defend biblical faith as if Jesus will return tomorrow and at the same time teach them to know and love Jesus as if He won’t return for centuries.If we are going to tell people to trust not only their lives but their eternity to the God of the Bible through the Gospel, then we need to be prepared to give reasons why we have eternal hope in Jesus! We desire to come alongside of churches to equip God’s people with biblical apologetics and a stronger grasp of the biblical Gospel. We further desire to engage the people, ideas and issues in God’s world (culture) by connecting them to truth from God’s Word and challenge God’s people to personally do the same!

We aim to use conferences, church services, retreats, school assemblies and various other platforms to demonstrate that the bible is trustworthy because it is truth and that Christians can use truth and logic to enhance their own faith and engage others for Christ!

Corry celebrates 32 years walking with the Lord this year. He praises God that forgiveness isn’t based on his own goodness but on God’s grace and mercy! He and his wife AnneMarie met at Liberty University and have seven kids. They live in the wonderful state of Utah sharing truth and living out the Biblical Gospel among the Mormon (LDS) people.

He was a teacher in New Mexico for over a decade at the high school and elementary levels in both private and public school settings and he currently serves in his local church in various capacities.

He grew up in the Calvary Chapel movement, earned his bachelor’s degree at Liberty University, and graduated from his church’s School of Ministry under Scott Thom at Cross Christian Fellowship in New Mexico.

His ministry experience includes discipling youth and men in small group and individual settings, street witnessing, actively engaging others with the Gospel in multiple workplaces, leading men’s ministry, teaching kids’ church, pastoring a church, working in youth ministry, speaking at school assemblies and conferences, as well as speaking on local Christian radio with a primary focus on Biblical Apologetics and Evangelism.

Corry’s desire is to know and love Jesus as the substance and satisfaction of his life and his passion is to see the lost saved, the church equipped and the culture engaged.
